CMIA69584 – Commercial Lender – Southeast Iowa Our client is seeking a motivated Commercial Lender to take over a well-established portfolio of approximately $10 million in commercial loans. This role is open to two types of candidates: 1. An experienced commercial lender with 5+ years of banking expertise ready to step into a strong book of business and continue to grow the portfolio. Or, 2. A well-connected community professional with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, eager to be trained and grow a portfolio of commercial lending clients. The ideal candidate will be based in Southeast Iowa, with a preference for those who live and work near Burlington or Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
