About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff with a strong strategic and financial background to work closely with the CEO. This pivotal role is not traditional; the successful candidate will be a highly analytical business operator, adept at moving between financial analysis, revenue strategy, executive decision-making, and cross-functional execution. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving the company's growth, revenue performance, and operating strategy, and must be capable of translating company strategy into measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include owning and developing the Revenue Operations function, driving rigor and visibility across commercial metrics, and partnering with the executive team on revenue planning and forecasting. The ideal Chief of Staff for the company will be a trusted advisor, establishing a high-performing Revenue Operations function with clear ownership and accountability. They will be expected to improve the accuracy and predictability of revenue forecasting, create greater accountability around revenue targets, and enhance the alignment between finance, growth, and other teams involved in the revenue lifecycle. The role also involves leading high-priority strategic initiatives, preparing the CEO for critical engagements, and ensuring that decisions lead to clear ownership and measurable outcomes. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen due to federal contract requirements and have a proven track record of helping a company scale with financial discipline, revenue predictability, and operational rigor.
