About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, who will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic growth partner, acting as the central point of coordination for the firm's most critical priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and long-term growth objectives. This role involves partnering with the CEO to shape and pressure-test strategic plans, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities, as well as tracking and holding the executive team accountable for deliverables. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in advancing operational rigor, organizational cohesion, and sustained business growth, and will be expected to maintain a high standard of discipline in the organization's operations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years' of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar senior operational role. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of business fundamentals, experience in high-growth, professional services, or technology environments, and a proven track record of managing high-stakes initiatives.
