About the Role

The Company is in search of an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO. This executive-level role is pivotal in serving as a trusted strategic and operational partner, with a focus on translating company priorities into action, driving critical initiatives, and ensuring the CEO's effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of essential duties, including serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO, leading high-priority initiatives, and establishing an effective operating rhythm for the executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff will also play a key role in public-company readiness, supporting the preparation of the company's strategic narrative, and monitoring readiness milestones. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in a relevant leadership role, with a strong preference for those with a background in operationally complex and asset-intensive industries. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, strong financial and operational acumen, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, strategic, and operational, with the ability to influence others and operate effectively in diverse environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The Chief of Staff must be willing and able to travel regularly with the CEO, and experience in a high-growth, private-equity-backed, or public-company environment is highly valued.
