Assistant General Manager

Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking an Assistant General Manager at the Rochester location (200 E Highland Dr, Rochester, NY 14610). The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a senior member of the leadership team, and as an extension of the General Manager, is responsible for driving an exceptional experience for both members and associates. This position plays a crucial role in developing teams, creating a culture of accountability through the lens of our core values, and enhancing strong member communities. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
