Employment Type Full-time Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required—entry level candidates are encouraged to apply! Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and prosthodontics Strong understanding of infection control and HIPAA compliance Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude Ability to manage records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality Team player, adaptable, and eager to learn Job Description Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding patient care Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms, following rigorous infection control protocols (ultrasonic cleaning, autoclaving, chemical vapor, and dry heat sterilization) Greet and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, ensuring a friendly, reassuring environment Manage and update patient records, medical histories, and treatment documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations Support the front desk: schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient flow when needed Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and prosthodontics procedures Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist with administrative duties Exhibit attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and technologies Benefits 401(k) matching Health and dental insurance Paid time off & sick time Paid training Tuition reimbursement Loan assistance Parental leave Professional development assistance Employee discount Uniform allowance Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed Choose your own hours and enjoy work-life balance!
