Maintenance Supervisor 1st Shift

Responsibilities Supervise maintenance team responsible for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems. Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance activities. Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent execution and equipment reliability. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members in problem‑solving and technical development. Support facility improvements and manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies to drive efficient operations. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing; experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems. Skills: Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs/electrical systems, proficiency in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems; strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills; basic computer skills and ability to support maintenance systems; ability to become Haz‑Mat team qualified. Benefits Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends. Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment. Base salary range of $69,135 to $83,999. Discretionary Bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s tri‑annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
