Under minimal supervision, you’ll be supporting a team of recruiters with new hire paperwork, initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings. The goal is to guarantee each new hire has a first-class on-boarding experience by ensuring their accurate set-up, timely completion of their I-9, and the receipt of their first pay check.***Having the know-how***You’ll need to be the go-to person; from the job posting process; through hiring and on-boarding; by educating employees, HR partners, and managers on company/local policies and procedures. As an expert, you’ll be able to anticipate next level questions and escalate appropriately. Also, two years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role is preferred.***Dynamic and innovative***You’ll be dynamic and inspired about people-care.
