Operations Support Supervisor

Location: Midland, TX Compensation: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00/year Job Summary The Operations Support Supervisor at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is responsible for overseeing RBT and operational tasks. These tasks may include scheduling, managing call-ins, facility needs, ordering, staff check-ins, assisting with training, supporting morale development, etc. Up to $8,000 annual bonuses! Join our compassionate and knowledgeable team of professionals and help us grow! Duties and Responsibilities Serve as direct manager for clinic location RBT staff. Oversee performance management system for direct reports, coordinating process between Ops, Clinical, and HR departments. Ensure EBH policies and procedures are followed consistently, and provide related feedback to staff. Provide tours for new potential patients and families. Conduct RBT interviews and make hiring recommendations. Execute on-site clinic events for staff and patients, including meetings. Complete weekly approval of payroll and billing. Manage location treatment schedule. Assist with operational issues within the clinics. Schedule meetings with clinical teams as needed. Promptly answer the questions of staff or point them in the appropriate direction. Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with employees. Take inventory and order office supplies as needed. Update logs and order forms. Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to operations leaders.
