Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer support activities appropriate for a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support emergency response activities as needed, including providing direction to occupants, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with orderly incident response procedures. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
