As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in GLEN BURNIE, MD. Location: 7301 RITCHIE HWY, GLEN BURNIE, MD 21061. Job Description Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Leads and collaborates with ecosystem partners to drive results. Builds proactive lead generation and appointments both inside and outside the branch. Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Proactive lead management and referral generation. Utilizes knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue. Translates client information into actionable sales strategy and generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI. Works with PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identifies resources to meet client needs and holds partners accountable for updates and referral follow up. Client experience and hospitality management. Differentiates client experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions aligned with clients’ holistic needs, including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. Addresses client problems with urgency and escalates when necessary. Acts as an advocate for clients across products and departments. Collaborates with branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals. Works with Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with consumer and business clients. Creates client loyalty and grows client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience. Conducts lobby engagement to connect with clients and position PNC products. Educates clients on managing financial transactions using technology and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and drive loyalty. Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Participates in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities – Additional Demonstrates risk awareness and maintains compliance with enterprise risk management standards. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries vary by location, market data, and individual factors. This role is incentive eligible.
