The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Operations to help lead the next chapter of our growth. This executive will oversee day-to-day operations while designing scalable systems, building high-performing leaders, and ensuring our customers receive an industry-leading experience. You will report directly to the President of Operations and play a key role in shaping the future of the company. Responsibilities Lead all operational departments Establish and hold KPIs that drive accountability Improve execution across every team Remove bottlenecks before they impact customers Standardize processes through documented SOPs Drive operational excellence across the organization Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders Build a culture of ownership and accountability Conduct weekly leadership meetings Create succession plans throughout the organization Customer Experience Improve service delivery Increase customer retention Reduce turnaround times Improve communication with national accounts Ensure operational consistency nationwide Financial Stewardship Manage operational budgets Improve gross margin through operational efficiency Monitor labor productivity Drive scalable growth while maintaining profitability Strategic Execution Partner with executive leadership on company initiatives Lead cross-functional projects Evaluate new technologies Improve automation Prepare the company for continued national expansion What Success Looks Like Within your first year you will: Build scalable operational systems Develop stronger department leaders Improve customer satisfaction Increase operational efficiency Reduce process variation Improve KPI visibility throughout the company Create a culture where accountability becomes the standard Qualifications Required 10+ years of operations leadership experience Experience leading multiple departments Proven history of scaling organizations Strong financial and operational acumen Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience building processes rather than simply maintaining them Preferred Service industry experience Multi-location operations Call center leadership Field service management Fire protection, HVAC, facilities management, or construction experience Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or field service software Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you: Naturally create order from chaos.
