About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize its manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and logistics operations across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational strategy, enhancing organizational performance, and building scalable processes that support growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic and collaborative leader with a people-first approach, who can influence enterprise-wide initiatives and is adept at optimizing complex distribution and manufacturing networks. The Vice President of Operations will also be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the organization and must be committed to the values of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in relevant environments, a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, and a proven track record of success in multi-site operations and driving measurable business results. Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies is essential. The role demands an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A hands-on leadership style, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for developing people and high-performing teams are also key attributes. Global operations exposure and experience in international teams are preferred, and the candidate should be adept at influencing and collaborating across executive leadership teams and commercial organizations.
