We are currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk position within The Mosaica Group, LLC will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Entering payables
• Researching discrepancies between invoices and PO receipts
• Assisting purchasing manager in managing PO variances
• Cutting checks as directed by operations manager and general manager
• Communicating payment details with vendors
• Filing payables paperwork
• Match and file purchasing paperwork
• Matching up shipping paperwork with sales orders
• Billing shipments
• Process credits on accounts
• Verifying that billing and shipping paperwork match
• Process cash receipts
• Filing receivables paperwork
• Generate sales report at end of each day
• Send/compile new client paperwork
• Complete credit reference requests

Requirements:

• Experienced using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred but not required
