About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Analytics and AI to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of modern data and analytics capabilities, including business intelligence, advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation, with a focus on improving member experience, operational efficiency, business decision-making, and risk management. This role requires a strategic leader who can partner with various business functions to identify high-value opportunities and ensure that data and AI investments align with the company's strategy and regulatory expectations. The VP will also be tasked with establishing and maturing data governance, quality, and security practices, as well as leading a team of analytics, BI, data science, and AI professionals. Applicants for the VP, Analytics and AI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related roles. The role demands a proven track record in defining and executing enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies, particularly within regulated industries. Strong technical skills in data modeling, analytics techniques, machine learning, and modern data platforms are essential, as is hands-on experience with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in establishing data governance and quality practices, and experience in leading high-performing teams. Executive communication, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of responsible AI practices are also key requirements for this leadership role.
