About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Technology to lead the innovation and development of a modern, scalable ecosystem that enhances the employee and manager experience, analytics, and business performance. This role is pivotal in driving the enterprise talent technology strategy, connecting vision and architecture standards, and establishing talent technology as a strategic capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for governance, portfolio management, and creating a scalable operating model that meets the needs of the business. They will also be tasked with leading a high-performing talent technology organization, building a product and continuous-improvement mindset, and ensuring the use of data and business insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. Candidates for the Vice President of Talent Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years' of experience in talent/HR technology, HRIS, people analytics, or related areas. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in defining and executing enterprise HR technology strategies, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence executives. Experience in building scalable operating models, governance, and data standards is essential, as is a background in talent acquisition, learning, performance, and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate will have a history of developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and a strong executive communication skill set. Experience in a manufacturing, consumer products, or similar industry, and a background in supporting multilingual or global organizations, is preferred.
