About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Channel Strategy to lead its national commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and channel strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of approximately 93 employees. This role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader with a strong background in industrial markets, particularly in the areas of industrial automation, motion control, and related technologies. The VP will be tasked with overseeing industrial channel sales, OEM sales, and market growth initiatives, as well as strengthening strategic relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving growth in industrial manufacturing or technology markets. Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead complex sales organizations. Experience in industrial automation, motion control, or related areas is highly desirable. The VP will be expected to be a strong people developer, strategic, and execution-oriented, with the ability to influence business strategy and drive measurable commercial results. Key responsibilities include championing organizational development, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is ideal for a candidate who is adept at managing change, resolving business challenges, and is an exceptional communicator with executive-level presence.
