The Seniors Housing Production Team in Mclean, VA is seeking a new team member (MF Production Professional level) to help quote and process Seniors Housing transactions.The Production Professional will join the Seniors Housing Production & Sales Team, which is responsible for complex seniors housing collateral debt financings. As a Professional, the role will be an external/ customer-facing position requiring building and maintaining external relationships to help the team source, originate, analyze, and successfully close our deals.Responsibilities will also include working with internal team members to get deals processed and approved, while ensuring accuracy of deal-level data across internal systems. The Professional team member may also be asked to complete ad-hoc analyses and summaries of deals for management. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $170,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
