Base Pay: $24.52/Hour ($51,000 Annually) + Unlimited Incentive Potential

Compensation

Base Pay

• $24.52 per hour
• Equivalent to approximately $51,000 annually

Incentive Compensation

• Average monthly earnings: $1,500 - $3,000
• Top performers can earn $7,000+ per month
• No cap on incentive earnings

Work Location

Pittston, PA

• Start onsite during training and onboarding
• Opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
• Paid training
• Approximately 3 weeks

Work Schedule

Business hours support customers throughout the day, and flexibility is important.

Pittston Team Operating Hours:

• Approximately 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST

Candidates should be comfortable working schedules that may extend into the evening.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll work directly with small business owners who are actively seeking insurance solutions. Most interactions are generated from inbound inquiries, allowing you to focus on understanding customer needs and providing consultative recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding commercial insurance products
• Build rapport and establish trusted relationships with business owners
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify coverage requirements
• Present insurance solutions tailored to the client's business
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options
• Review existing policies and recommend updates when appropriate
• Handle quote follow-up requests from interested customers
• Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Complete applications and documentation accurately
• Partner with underwriting teams throughout the approval process

Required Qualifications

✔ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

✔ Associate Degree or higher

✔ Minimum of 2 years recent call center experience in a single role

✔ Strong customer service and sales abilities

✔ Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Stable employment history

✔ Comfortable learning new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience
• Insurance sales experience
• Consultative sales background
• Experience handling objections and closing business over the phone
• Experience reviewing coverage and making recommendations
