JOB SUMMARY:
At Lymphedema Therapy Specialists, Inc. (LTS), the Medical Assistant (MA) plays an essential and compassionate role in fulfilling our mission to serve our patients and one another with excellence, compassion, and integrity. This position combines direct patient interaction with critical clinical support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of care to individuals affected by lymphedema.
The Medical Assistant is responsible for supporting our clinical team by preparing patients for visits, assisting with procedures, documenting vital health information, and maintaining a clean and organized care environment. This role requires attention to detail, a calm and caring demeanor, and a commitment to patient-centered, faith-guided service. Above all, the MA must embody a servant mindset — someone who reflects our core values of love, unity, generosity, and excellence in every interaction.
In addition to clinical support, the Medical Assistant works closely with Therapists, COTAs, and physicians to streamline patient care processes, reinforce health education, and contribute to a positive, healing atmosphere. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence, strong communication skills, and a deep desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and teammates alike.
If you’re passionate about serving others through hands-on care and thrive in a purpose-driven team, this role offers the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while helping to restore hope and healing every day.
