As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal in a residential location where you will help monitor entry points, verify access, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. In this access control role, you will remain visible, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, check credentials, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or other access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation to support daily operations and help address policy violations and/or unauthorized access attempts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
