Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (A/P) Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring proper coding and approvals
Maintain A/P records and support timely payment cycles
Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, or other approved methods
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month‐end closing tasks related to A/P
Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions, payment status, and account issues
Support general accounting functions as needed
Administrative & Clerical Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the office and accounting team
Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documentation
Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed
Help ensure smooth daily office operations

Qualifications
Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting support preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‐through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Basic computer skills; experience with accounting software is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
