Basic Purpose Facilitates emergency preparedness throughout the Company’s service territory. Ensures respond to, recover from, and resume business operations after a natural or human caused disasters or emergencies. Ensures company is an integral participant in external emergency response and recovery planning activities, and ensures lines of communication and coordination are established with local/state governments, interdependent utilities, public safety, and other agencies.
