Unarmed Security Consultant Independent Contractor Vehicle Patrol

Unarmed Security Consultant (Vehicle/Foot Patrol) – Independent Subcontractor Contract length: 18 months. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with on-call and staggered days and hours as required. Responsibilities Conduct vehicle patrolling and monitoring at designated job sites, properties, or other locations. Place warning stickers or tickets on unauthorized or violating vehicles. Report via email all damages, suspicious activity, property issues, illegal dumping, and other safety concerns. Inspect sprinkler/electric rooms, take photographs, and attach them to email reports. Report potholes and other negative issues to prevent property damage. Other duties as communicated by the employer. Qualifications Own and maintain an operable vehicle with full coverage insurance. Hold a valid driver’s license and a security license or badge. Maintain an LLC and provide proof of declaration documents. Provide proof of insurance and any required certificates or licenses. Be proficient in email usage and maintain a professional, honest work ethic. Pay Weekly pay of $700.00 take-home (35 hours per week); pay dates Sundays/Monday. Independent contractor must submit detailed invoices weekly. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and performance. Schedule & Hours Hours per week vary; weekends will be required.
