Location & Commute Our Ellsworth clinic is easily accessible and a reasonable commute from: Bar Harbor Trenton Lamoine Hancock Blue Hill Mount Desert Island Surry Gouldsboro Franklin Key Responsibilities Treat primarily adult and senior patients Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and skill development Have opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow Enjoy a flexible start date Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence‑based care in: Outpatient orthopedics Balance & vestibular rehabilitation Neurological rehab (pelvic health interest welcomed but not required) Build strong, long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine (or license‑eligible) 1–5 years of experience preferred (strong new grads encouraged to apply) Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy Interest in balance and vestibular rehab Coachable, motivated, and patient‑centered Team‑oriented with a desire for long‑term growth About FYZICAL FYZICAL is redefining outpatient physical therapy by combining advanced balance and vestibular care with a compassionate, personalized approach.
