What You'll Do

As the Director of Sales Operations , you will help:

Lead and improve real estate sales operations
Develop systems that increase sales productivity
Track performance and identify areas for improvement
Create processes that help agents and sales teams succeed
Work with leadership to support business growth
Improve communication and collaboration across teams
Help build a strong culture of accountability and performance

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our sales operations team to achieve and exceed growth targets
Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance sales efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
Monitor key performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development
Oversee the integration of innovative technologies to optimize sales operations workflows

Qualifications:

3+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or related fields
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Prior experience managing operational staff and coaching sales professionals
Deep understanding of the residential real estate process
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with real estate CRMs and tracking tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, GSuite, CTM, CRMs, MLS, etc.
