Director, Demand Planning

Position Director, Demand Planning – Beauty & Wellness Location Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsibilities Spearhead development and execution of demand plans and top‑line financial strategies for Beauty & Wellness. Lead the Demand Planning team for Honeywell, PUR, Braun, Vicks, Hot Tools, Drybar, Curlsmith, and Revlon brands. Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to achieve sales and service objectives. Integrate business intelligence and forecasting information from sales, marketing, operations, product, and retailer replenishment to generate accurate, timely demand plans. Focus on improving forecast accuracy for new product launches and managing customer drops to prevent excess inventory. Maintain clear and visible forecast versions, and scrutinize promotional events before incorporating them into the demand plan. Edit and communicate product‑driven financial plans for North America based on historical data, market trends, and business intelligence. Analyze sales trends and market data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Identify potential risks to demand planning, develop mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements in demand planning and inventory management. Improve communication and relationships among planners, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to enable effective knowledge sharing and optimal consensus forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, including supervisory experience leading and developing a Demand Planning team. Proficiency with demand‑planning/sensing software and ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of S&OP or IBP processes. Domestic travel up to 10% of the time. Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
