Required Experience & Education Overall Experience: 10+ years in the IT industry. Relevant Experience: 5+ years in digital product management. Education: Bachelor's degree or above (ideally in business, engineering, or informatics). Equivalent experience (6+ years total) is acceptable. MBA is preferred. Top Skills Needed Strong Communication: 5 years experience working with various leadership levels. User Experience (UX)/Customer Experience: 5 years experience. Engineering Collaboration: 5 years experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding technical discussions. Technology Requirements Microsoft Office Suite Jira Confluence Figma Nice to have: Copilot, GitHub Required Background & Skills 5 years of digital project management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data analysis capabilities. Previous mobile product experience (bonus if customer-facing). Stakeholder management. Experience in a highly matrixed company. Daily Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to ideate, test, build, and ship app features. Responsible for end-to-end product delivery. Manage and participate in frequent meetings. Track metrics and report on feature performance. Nice-to-Haves Experience with A/B testing. Experience with Copilot/GitHub. MBA or higher. Customer-facing product management experience. Disqualifiers Missing must-have skills. Inability to be onsite 4 days per week. Job hopping. Missing required technology skillsets.
