SVP Clinical Development & Global Program Lead, Lung Cancer

This VP role leads clinical development strategy and execution for a lung cancer program at a precision oncology company targeting the RAS/MAPK pathway. The position encompasses protocol design, registrational strategy, regulatory interactions, and hands-on oversight of individual studies, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and strategy for lung cancer development program
- Lead clinical development subteams overseeing all lung cancer studies
- Design and implement novel clinical trials with appropriate endpoints
- Monitor study integrity and review safety and efficacy data interpretation
- Develop registrational strategies and author clinical sections for regulatory filings
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with oncology clinical expertise
- Extensive experience in clinical development and oncology drug development
- Demonstrated success leading clinical programs through registrational phases
- Strong regulatory knowledge including IND, NDA, and global filing experience
- Experience with RAS/MAPK pathway or precision oncology programs preferred
- Proven ability to design and execute novel clinical trial strategies
