Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization who provides supports to people with development disabilities. Our dedicated and professional staff are committed to providing opportunities for growth and empowering people to exercise control over their lives. A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services and Youth Services Programs. Everything we do starts with the people and his/her needs, wants, and desires.

Creative Options is always looking to hire bright, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who possess professional work ethics and have a strong desire and commitment to work with people who have disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified full-time House Managers.
House Manager – (Monday – Friday /3pm – 11pm plus various hours)
Supervises the daily operation of a residential home which includes supervision of staff. Position also supervises, supports, and assists people receiving services in the home in the performance of daily living skills and coordinates leisure activities designed to promote community integration. Supervises one (1) home.

Requirements
- AA degree or 60 credit hours with emphasis in Human Services related subjects, plus 1 year related experience; OR High School diploma / GED plus 3 years supervisor experience.
- A valid Maryland driver license in good standing
- Supervisory/administrative experience preferred
