Job Title: Multi-Unit Leader As a SONIC Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and an enjoyable guest experience. Key duties include: Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards. Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management during shifts, ensuring all stations operate smoothly and standards are met. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to supervisors. Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels. Monitoring cost control procedures for food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions when necessary. Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as needed. Auditing employment and payroll records. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints. Recruting, interviewing, and hiring management team members. Approving compensation levels within company guidelines. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues. Implementing regional marketing plans. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for advanced studies in business or restaurant management, at least three years of restaurant management experience, and multi-unit supervision experience preferred. Must be able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and basic accounting is required. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
