What You will Be Working On Build and maintain current and prospective client relationships Preventative wellness care, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animal cases Management, diagnosis, and treatment of internal medicine cases, with plenty of supporting mentorship available for new graduates Opportunity to perform small animal surgeries with mentorship for new graduates as needed Ensure quality care and environment for both staff and clients Requirements and Preferences DVM or equivalent from an accredited program is required Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of North Carolina required Minimum of two years of experience preferred but not required Experience working in a private practice setting preferred Knowledge and experience working internal medicine cases preferred Seeking Highly motivated individual, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning Demonstrates commitment to ethics and integrity Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail No after hours/Emergency work will be required Species Canine Feline Ovine/Caprine Poultry Exotic/Avian Amphibian/Reptile Benefits Base salary PLUS quarterly commission bonus Student Loan Repayment Assistance Health and dental insurance CE stipend and travel expenses coverage Disability insurance Liability insurance Licensing, DEA license, and AVMA dues coverage 401K Paid time off Closed on major holidays Discounts on products and services #J-18808-Ljbffr VCA Seaside Animal Hospital
