Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Onsite 3 days
Join an industry-leading, financially stable organization seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established company known for its strong market presence, long-term growth, and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFM) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related finance role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with financial modeling and analytics software.
- Experience within management consulting or financial services is a plus.
