Model : Full-time | 8-Month Contract
Reports To: Director of Sales
Travel : Up to 10%

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a driven, phone-confident Sales Development Representative to join our internal team on an 8-month contract. TSCO partners with school districts across the country to provide school-based clinicians, including School Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and more. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our growth: connecting with districts nationwide and opening the door for TSCO clinicians to make an impact in their schools.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make high-volume daily cold calls and outreach (phone, email, Indeed, LinkedIn) to school districts nationwide to uncover staffing needs and open positions for TSCO clinicians.
• Identify and engage key decisionmakers, such as Special Education Directors, Student Services leaders, and HR, to introduce TSCO's services.
• Leverage and grow existing relationships with school administrators to generate new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales and Director of Talent to set priority regions, disciplines, and target districts based on hiring needs and clinician availability.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to the Director of Sales once a district has an opening for TSCO to fill.
• Enter and maintain all new leads, prospects, and activity in our ATS, Crelate, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Track and manage your pipeline, reporting on outreach activity, conversions, and results.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead-generation goals.
• Travel up to 10% of the year for quarterly in-person team meetings, conferences, and school district visits.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; special education background a plus.
• 2+ years of school sales experience or within a healthcare agency setting.
• Current book of business with established school administrator relationships.
• Documented history of sales success and quota attainment.
• Proven success with cold calling and high-volume outreach. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, and you actually enjoy it.
• Strong knowledge of school and district hierarchy and how decisions get made.
• Experience with sales CRMs (Crelate experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, Loop, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working remotely, in a team environment, and across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
