Position Overview

We are seeking highly analytical, systems-minded Salesforce Engineers, Consultants, and Administrators to join our core centralized talent network in a full-time or flexible remote capacity across India and Pakistan. Operating as a strategic technical contributor aligned with upcoming international client projects, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for customizing, automating, and scaling complex Salesforce environments. Shifting completely away from routine database data entry or passive administrative monitoring, you will act as a principal CRM architect—translating complex business requirements into scalable technical deliverables. We are actively reviewing profiles across multiple seniority levels (from Junior to Mid-Level and Senior) who can adapt fluidly to permanent, contractor, or freelance collaboration models while maintaining a partial timezone overlap with Central European Time (CET).

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Salesforce Solutions Engineering: Develop, deploy, and maintain robust, object-oriented CRM extensions and interface modules cleanly natively utilizing Backend programming paradigms (specifically writing Apex code, building Lightning Web Components, and structuring SOQL query logic).
• Cloud System Configuration and Automation: Configure custom Salesforce objects, complex relational fields, granular user permissions, automated Validation Rules, and multi-step process workflows natively using Salesforce Flows.
• Omnichannel Product Implementation: Support the cross-functional implementation, setup, and tailored optimization of core products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, OmniStudio, or Marketing Cloud.
• External Platform API Integration: Design, code, and execute secure REST/SOAP API integrations to seamlessly connect Salesforce instances with external enterprise platforms and third-party software systems.
• Technical Analysis and Architecture Alignment: Review abstract business requirements and convert them into structured technical documentation, participating in system design definitions and effort estimation loops.
• Distributed Squad Synchronization: Collaborate cleanly inside an asynchronous matrix alongside remote functional consultants, solution architects, client-side product owners, and QA testing cells.
• System Triage and Production Support: Support end-to-end user acceptance testing, sandbox deployment management, real-time troubleshooting, and continuous data hygiene checks to ensure high reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Verified professional history running commercial Salesforce development, CRM administration, business systems consulting, cloud implementation engineering, or data system architecture consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of cloud customization metrics, relational database schemas, permission hierarchies, and programmatic data validation rules.
• Expert-tier capability writing clean server-side logic and managing responsive front-end views natively utilizing Backend tools (explicitly requiring experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL).
• Practical operational familiarity navigating and configuring at least one major core Salesforce cloud application or specialized enterprise product.
• Demonstrated experience operating successfully within distributed engineering squads or remote consulting frameworks.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when describing past project scopes and architectural choices directly to client stakeholders.
• Location Context and Overlap: Position open exclusively to qualified technical professionals based permanently and resident within **India** or **Pakistan** who possess the operational availability to work with at least a partial schedule overlap with the Central European Time (CET) zone.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Possession of active official Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Direct hands-on experience handling large-scale enterprise deployments utilizing Salesforce DX, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, or Git version control tools.
• Prior commercial software engineering history operating explicitly with European or multi-national corporate clients within a consulting agency matrix.
