Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Operators to join our team in Elgin, IL. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent growth potential. If you are comfortable working with small parts and want to grow your manufacturing career, apply today!

Pay and Shifts

1st Shift: $16.50 per hour | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: $18.00 per hour | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Schedule

Monday to Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Job Duties

Assemble and inspect electronic products according to specifications.
Perform quality checks and basic product testing to ensure standards are met.
Label, sort, and package finished products for shipment.
Follow detailed work instructions and production safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Basic computer skills for data entry or tracking.
Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
Comfortable working with small parts and utilizing basic hand tools.
