Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a timely and courteous manner. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details. Schedule in-clinic and on-farm calls utilizing our clinic software and Google Calendar Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism. Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed. Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service and compliance with company standards. Support team goals by contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or a related role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with local geography and able to read a map. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and standard business software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
