ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kory Wagonmaker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Corner of West Main and Drake (Next to Chik-fil-A).
• Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Western Michigan University.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
