Customer Service Representative

Beaver Chevrolet is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls, following up on service inquiries, and delivering the kind of "Wow-Ya!" experience that sets us apart.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for service inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Make outbound calls to follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and routine maintenance reminders
• Accurately schedule service appointments using dealership software
• Maintain communication with service advisors and customers to ensure a seamless experience
• Respond to online service inquiries and manage appointment requests via text/email platforms
• Track and log customer interactions in the CRM system
• Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups after service visits
• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Previous experience in a call center, BDC, or dealership service environment preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, customer-first attitude with a professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
