As one of the top 10 family-owned companies in Germany, Heraeus employs around 15,100 employees in 40 countries. Your role and responsibilities:Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our maintenance team in a high-tech manufacturing environment in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role will be responsible for building a structured, proactive maintenance program that improves equipment reliability, supports safe and efficient production, and reduces unplanned downtime.
