Location- Belmont, NC
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM ($16.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM ($16.50/hr)
Pay: Weekly Pay
Overtime: Must be available as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Press Operators to join our team in Belmont, NC. This role involves operating press machinery to mold rubber materials in a fast-paced production environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and work consistently.
Responsibilities
- Operate press machines to melt and mold rubber materials
- Load raw rubber materials into machines
- Remove finished products from machines
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain a steady work pace to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Must be dependable and able to follow directions
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
