Kelly Services is now hiring Line Operators on behalf of a leading packaging manufacturer in Medina, Ohio.

Immediate openings are available, and no interviews are required to get started!

$18/hour

1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do
As a Line Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. You’ll operate machinery, monitor product quality, and help support the overall production team.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Performing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Completing production documentation and logs
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Preparing production lines for start-ups
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency
• Assisting with training new employees when needed
• Potentially overseeing 3–9 employees depending on the production line

High School Diploma/GED is NOT REQUIRED
Drug Test does NOT include THC

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Must be able to stand and/or walk the entire shift
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills
