Senior CNC MachinistElk Grove, California - Posted on September 2, 2026 Published By Rodney NelsonTrillium Engineering Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machinist (Machinist III) with extensive hands-on experience programming, setting up, and machining large, complex components on Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM).Pay Range: $40.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is not a production CNC operator position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently take ownership of custom, one-off, and short-run machining projects from blueprint interpretation and job planning through CNC programming, custom fixturing, setup, machining, and inspection.This position offers a high level of technical responsibility and autonomy.
