Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and branding materials. This is a full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics Create and design logos, branding materials, and other visual elements for the company Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audience Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand and visual identity Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy access and future use Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print Experience with video editing and animation is a plus Passion for pediatric healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment The chance to make a difference in the lives of children and families #J-18808-Ljbffr
