Lithko Contracting is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Greenville, SC. The Estimator will support the Estimating staff and Pre-Construction Lead in all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for commercial and industrial construction projects. Who We Are

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up estimates, including correct alternates, general conditions, and accurate vendor and subcontractor pricing, labor production, and wage rates in alignment with bid strategy.
- Conduct take-offs, identifying and quantifying all necessary concrete scope items using take-off software.
- Provide correct project information to appropriate parties during the turnover and planning phases.
- Validate that detailed and accurate information is delivered to the operations team to support project execution.
- Experience with structural concrete estimating is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in estimating for a Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor is a plus.
- Familiarity with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial construction.
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1 million.
- Knowledge of negotiated bids and hard bids.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
