Apartment Leasing Professional: San Diego, CA
Are you a motivated leasing professional who enjoys variety and building strong resident relationships? We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Professional for our property in North County.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
- Manage leasing activities, applications, and move-ins
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Support property managers with daily office operations
- Help maintain occupancy goals across multiple communities
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
