Department: Strategic Data Operations Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Manager of the Razorback Analytics Fellowship (RAF) leads a growing student analytics workforce within the Department of Strategic Data & Process Innovation, supervising and developing student analysts who deliver projects to academic and functional units across campus. This role combines student supervision, analytics mentorship, and project management, and is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys developing people and maintaining high standards of analytic quality. While the Manager does not personally build dashboards or deliverables, deep analytics expertise is essential to train students, review their work, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and evaluating student employees; training them in analytics tools, methods, documentation, and professional communication; and managing project intake, scoping, quality assurance, and assignments. The Manager also collaborates with campus stakeholders and reports project updates and operational insight to the Director of Operations and Campus Partnerships, ultimately preparing students with the skills and professionalism to enter the workforce. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
