The unit is fast-paced with a focus on orthopedics and post-operative care. Candidates should have experience in Med/Surg nursing. The nursing role requires effective time management and strong communication skills. Bedside shift report is mandatory. The patient ratio is 6:1. Nurses will be expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities. Dress code requires navy scrubs. Unacceptable attire includes long nails, gel nails, wrapped nails, dipped nails, and any fake nails. The facility is recognized for its commitment to quality and compassionate care.
