Hospice Registered Nurse

The position requires providing care for terminally ill patients. Patients may be treated in their homes or nursing facilities. Common diagnoses include cancer, heart disease, lung disease, and dementia. The nurse will cover multiple counties and will work with another RN. The expectation is to conduct 5 to 6 visits per day within an 8-hour shift. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this role. The preferred scrub color for this position is royal blue. Charting will be conducted using the EPIC system. This role focuses on both outpatient and inpatient care settings. Candidates must hold a valid license and BLS certification.
