Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives for Abbott Diabetes Care products
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and diabetes educators
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care representatives across channels
• Develop territory and account plans with goals, action items, and timelines
• Document sales activities accurately in tracking systems and manage product samples

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity, and drive to succeed
• Ability to manage territory and accounts with effective planning and reporting
• Knowledge of compliance and quality guidelines in pharmaceutical/medical device sales
• Preferred: 4+ years relevant experience and diabetes clinical knowledge
